Abstract

I have been working as a student assistant in the Department of Social Psychology since July 2020. I am currently in my master's degree with a focus on clinical psychology and work and organizational psychology. I also completed my bachelor's degree in Frankfurt and wrote my bachelor's thesis on the topic of work-life conflict during home office and the role of boundary management and empowering leadership. In addition, I am working as a flight attendant for Lufthansa. This has given me the opportunity to live out my passion for travelling and learn about new cultures. Since 2019, I have also been a volunteer member of the Special Assistance Team, providing support to people affected by crisis situations. In the course of this, I participated in workshops on stress and resilience, conversation skills, and intercultural communication. In my free time, I enjoy sports and am currently learning sign language.
